SLEEPS 6-7 (600 sq.ft) 3 bedrooms 1 bath Cozy and relaxing cabin with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a window AC unit, the 2nd bedroom has a full bed and the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed. There is a queen sofa (memory foam) sleeper in the living area and the rental includes bed linens and pillows. The kitchen has a dining table with chairs, gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, 12 cup coffee pot, Keurig, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee filters, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, and common kitchen items. In the living area there is 43″ flat screen TV with firestick streaming, window AC unit and free WIFI. The private deck has a table with chairs and charcoal grill. The cabin has portable fans and a portable electric heater if needed. NOTE: Rental includes 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towels, kitchen and bath hand towels. Guests need to provide bath towels, beach towels and firewood. Memorial Weekend – June:
